As you can see from the specs, each phone has a little something different to offer.
Speed/Memory
If speed is your biggest desire, you can’t go wrong with the S5, G3, or M8’s 2.3-2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor. They all have double the RAM (2 GB) compared to the iPhone 6’s 1 GB as well.
Camera
If the quality of your photos is important, you probably want to go with the Galaxy S5’s 16 megapixel camera or the LG G3’s 13 megapixel camera. The HTC One’s 5 megapixel front-facing camera is much higher than the front-facing cameras on the other 3 phones.
Screen
As far as a screen goes, the LG G3 has a QHD screen with an impressive 2560 x 1440 resolution which gives the phone 538ppi (pixels per inch). Both the S5 and the M8 have full HD 1920 x 1080 screens. Meanwhile, the iPhone 6 only has a 1334 x 750 resolution screen with 326ppi.
Battery
If battery capacity is what you’re looking for, any of the Android phones (S5, G3, or M8) would be a good choice. The iPhone 6’s battery capacity just isn’t up to par (or any of the iPhone’s specs for that matter).
Dimensions/Weight
If thinness and weight is a big factor for you, this is the only place the iPhone 6 wins. However, it is only about 1mm thinner and 0.45 ounces lighter than the Galaxy S5.
Other Features
The Galaxy S5 is the only phone of the 4 listed that is water and dust resistant. This could be a major factor for some people. Also, if you want a removable battery, then the only two phones to offer that are the Galaxy S5 and the LG G3. All the phones offer NFC (Near Field Communication) and support 4G. If you want an external memory slot for a microSD card, then you have to go with one of the Android phones because Apple has never offered that. Lastly, all the phones except for the S5 offer a Dual LED rather than a single LED for the camera flash.
I’m really looking for a wise comparison between android and iPhone. I’ve been using android phone since 3 years and I love the experience. I never used an iPhone. But I have just one question in mind- if android is so better or even comparable to iPhone then why people are mad about iPhone even in so much higher price than the android phones?
Because iphone users are brainwashed and not very tech smart.
